We also take care to abide by the BFRC’s recommendations on thermal efficiency, further solidifying our dedication to quality.

Market-Leading Profiles

We utilise the fantastic Aluk profile in the creation of our incredible aluminium bi-fold doors.

A household name within the fenestration industry, Aluk’s amazing design is one of the many reasons that we are able to guarantee you a quality product every time.

The slim-line profile offers a contemporary taste that can be easily configured with a host of customisation options, from dual-colours to durable finishes, lower thresholds to pop-out handle options.

These products are not just beautiful however, and offer a number of benefits that make them the perfect choice for any homeowner.

With the option to select from chamfered and square beading, you will be able to tailor your product to suit you. Meanwhile each of our aluminium bi-fold doors is fully tested to PAS24 security standards.

Add to this the fact that they are able to offer a U-Value as low as 1.7 W/m2K, and you have a product that acts as a fantastic insulator.

Optimum Thermal Efficiency

On that note, our aluminium bi-fold doors are some of the best on the market when it comes to energy efficient practices. Boasting a multi-chambered profile that offers the aforementioned U-Value of 1.7 W/m2K, they are exceptionally good at retaining heat within your property.

By making use of the intrinsic insulating characteristics of aluminium, we are able to provide you with a product that easily keeps your home warm throughout the year.

By imbuing this fantastic profile with state of the art double glazing, we can guarantee that your new aluminium bi-fold doors will trap heat behind an innovative thermal barrier.

This vacuum sealing technology prevents heat from escaping through your doors, and also makes use of tightly designed ant-draught mechanics. These prevent the penetration of cooler air into your property, in turn keeping your home warm and reducing your energy bills.

Maximum Security Options

Tested by the flagship Secured by Design initiative on behalf of the UK police force, our aluminium bi-fold doors provide top of the range security. Aluminium is a structurally sound material that has been used in construction for many years.

We bolster this innate strength with our dedicated manufacturing process, the end result being a near-impenetrable entryway for your home. This structural strength has the added benefit of protecting you against the elements.

We further include steadfast shootbolt locking mechanisms into the profile.

This is in addition to the already sophisticated locking systems built into the body of your aluminium bi-fold doors. Bolted directly onto the stainless steel track, these products are near impossible to remove by force. This is then completed by the powerfully designed glass panes, which are notably impact-resistant and weather-proofed for the purposes of maximising longevity.

  • A very good experience from start to finish. Replacement of two old windows on 3rd floor of block of flats required advanced liaison with Block Management and scaffolders. The fitting day went well with all mess cleared away and finish well within the time quoted. Will definitely consider involving Alaskan in replacing two large living area windows at the property.
